Jack & The Beanstalk Relaxed Performance

Get ready to climb dazzling new heights with the spectacular family pantomime Jack & the Beanstalk at UCH!

UCH and Producer Robert C Kelly are once again bringing the magic of Panto, with the daring adventures of Jack, some magical beans, a rather confused cow and a not-so-friendly Giant.

Join us on this GIANT adventure starring the phenomenal Tolü Makay in her Panto debut playing "Fairy"! She stars alongside Panto Dame & legend Myles Breen as "Dame Trot," mother of Jack and his useless brother Seamus, played by TV personality John Sharpson. Keeping them all in check, Voice of Ireland star Keith Hanley returns as "Evil O'Reilly," the Giant's right-hand man. Chris Currid also returns as "Pat the Cow," who's only interested in lighting up the UCH stage rather than producing milk for her poor family. Cian O'Riain returns in the title role as "Jack," while Caoileann Faith joins the cast as "Jill."

When Jack swaps the family cow for a handful of mysterious beans, he has no idea the adventure that’s about to sprout! With the help of his friends, Jack must climb the towering beanstalk to outwit the fearsome Giant, rescue the village, and maybe even win the heart of the fair maiden along the way. But will good triumph over greedy giants? There’s only one way to find out!

Our Jack & the Beanstalk pantomime will be brought spectacularly to life in a breath taking production packed with laugh-out-loud comedy, jaw-dropping sets, fabulous costumes, and chart-topping hits. 

This is a family Panto, with some loud noises and theatrical fog, haze effects and other special effects, along with a few scary moments, a bit of panto innuendo (never intended to offend) – and some very silly jokes!

Children aged 2 and under may go free, provided they sit on a guardian's lap. Please collect a Babe in Arms ticket from the Box Office on arrival.

A limited number of booster seats for younger children will be available at the venue on a first come, first served basis.

Due to the complexity of our Panto set, restricted view seats may provide only a partial view of the overall stage. They may also have a compromised audio-visual experience due to the positioning of speakers and lights.

No buggies, prams, car seats or child carriers permitted in the auditorium.
