We are delighted to be part of the Safe to Create initiative – a vital programme dedicated to fostering safer, more respectful working environments in the arts and creative sectors.
Safe to Create is a collaborative programme of supports looking to transform workplace culture and practices, and to provide safe and respectful working conditions for those working in the arts and creative sectors.
It is managed by the Irish Theatre Institute, in partnership with the Arts Council, Screen Ireland, and Minding Creative Minds, on behalf of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport, and Media.
Through the Safe to Create programme, we are looking to transform culture and practices through training, information, voluntary compliance and certification, and provide key support for victims/survivors in the areas of reporting, counselling, and legal advice.
Together, we’re working towards a safer, more inclusive creative community.
