Monday – Friday: 1pm – 5pm
The Box Office will be also open for 1 hour before a show is due to take place.

Online: Visit our What’s On page, select the show you wish to see, and follow the instructions.
Phone: Call 061 331549 to speak to a member of our Box Office team.
In Person: Visit our Box Office in the Foundation Building of the University of Limerick during our opening hours.

Special Effects: Please note that strobe lighting, flashing lights, sudden bangs, smoke, and haze may be used during some performances. If you have a history of seizures or are concerned about the effects of flashing lights, please contact the Box Office before booking for more information.
Disclaimer: University Concert Hall is a fully seated venue. However, some performers may encourage audience participation such as standing, dancing, or clapping. While this can enhance the live experience, it may impact sightlines for other patrons. Audience participation is at the discretion of the performers and is beyond the control of UCH.
*Standard Booking Fee: €2.50 per ticket.

Postage Fee: €2 charge if post is chosen as delivery method (postage fees are non-refundable)

Concessions are available for selected concerts to Friends of UCH, Senior Citizens, Students, University of Limerick Staff, Wheelchair and Companion spaces, Unwaged & Groups.
Group Bookings
Group bookers can sometimes avail of concession rates. Please contact the Box Office on support@uch.ie directly to make enquiries or if you would like to be kept up to date on events as a booker for groups / Sports & Social clubs etc.
