Will I get into the show if I am late?

Each show will have a different latecomer policy. We do endeavour to seat all latecomers with as little disturbance as possible to the rest of the audience i.e. during applause or a scene change. However, on occasion this may mean taking a seat to the rear of the auditorium until the interval. The policy on any given event will be at the discretion of the artist.

Children are always welcome at UCH, unless there is a specific age limit put on a show at the discretion of the artist/producer for reasons of suitability. Children attending must have a valid ticket. On occasion for some family shows, there will be a Babes In Arms ticket available which will allow children aged 2 and under to access the auditorium for free.
