St. Mary’s Cathedral is delighted and privileged to welcome the world famous Choir of King’s College, Cambridge to Limerick. They will be performing in St Mary’s Cathedral as part of the year-long celebrations of the 850th anniversary of the foundation of the cathedral.
This concert is the highlight of the venue’s musical programme in this special year. The Choir of King’s College, Cambridge is especially known to millions worldwide through its annual broadcast of a Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols. The Choir’s international fame and reputation, enhanced by an extensive recording catalog, has led to invitations to perform around the world.
